Hardness: Vacuum heat-treated to 58-62 HRC for maximum wear resistance and anti-deformation properties.

Precision Finish: Surface ground and mirror-polished to reduce friction and prevent material buildup (galling).

Advanced Coatings (Optional): Available with Hard Chrome plating or TiAlN coating to further increase surface hardness and corrosion resistance.
