Customer Application

A customer in the circular knitting machine industry required a customized solid carbide slitting saw for precision groove milling on circular knitting machine needle cylinders.

The machining process required a thin and high-precision cutting tool to machine accurate grooves on the needle cylinder surface while maintaining excellent surface quality and dimensional stability.
