Project Background

A European customer required a custom solid carbide slitting saw for precision groove machining and profile milling applications.

The machining requirement was to produce a specific radius groove with high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface finish. Standard straight-tooth saw blades could not achieve the required profile, so a Full Radius tooth design was developed to directly machine the required curved geometry.

Based on the customer’s drawing and application requirements, we manufactured a customized carbide slitting saw with optimized tooth geometry and precise dimensional control.
